The Owls Under-18s have drawn Stoke City in the third round of the FA Youth Cup.
The fixture will take place at Hillsborough next month, with the date to be confirmed.
Wednesday overcame Crystal Palace in an eventful third round clash last season on home soil.
The game finished 4-4 after extra time and the Owls went on to claim victory 4-2 on penalties but were knocked out in the fourth round by eventual winners, Chelsea.
