Franck Betra has been given the all-clear following a clash of heads during the Under-21s’ home game with Leeds on Monday.
The young Frenchman was knocked out cold and taken to hospital but was thankfully discharged, much to the relief of the Wednesday camp.
Coach Lee Bullen said: “Franck was completely sparked out and obviously it was a very worrying situation and not nice for the kid.
“He was taken to hospital but I’ve spoken to Franck just an hour ago and it’s all good and first and foremost a big relief.”
