The Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme are hosting a collection of Soccer Camps over the Christmas period as well as putting on a special Christmas party!
The camps take place at the club’s Middlewood training ground in Hillsborough.
The two day camp runs from Monday 22 December to Tuesday 23 December, between 10:00am – 3:00pm and are facilitated by expert coaching staff from the club’s community programme to teach children, both boys and girls, aged five – 14 to develop skills, technique and standard of play.
The Community Programme hosts camps every school holidays, but especially for Christmas, will also be holding a Christmas party on Monday 22 December from 4:30pm – 7:00pm in the Sheridan Suite at Hillsborough Stadium.
The party will include a visit from Santa and Ollie Owl, food and drinks, games and prizes, DJ and disco and a gift for everyone!
The Christmas sessions are a great way to gain confidence in the game and also let the aspiring footballers make new friends and build confidence.
There will also be chances to win prizes and an opportunity to progress onto the development centre.
