Two days left to go for charity auction!

19 November 2014

  • Sky Bet auction in final stages
  • Owls souvenir programme stands at £165
  • All proceeds to The Royal British Legion

There are just two days left in the Football League title sponsor Sky Bet’s #bidtoremember signed shirt auction with almost £100,000 already being raised.

Match worn, unwashed and signed poppy shirts are still available to bid for.

All proceeds go directly to the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal, supporting the whole Armed Forces community, through welfare, comradeship and representation.

Sky Bet Head of Sponsorship Edwin Martin said: “We’re delighted with how much we’ve raised so far for The Royal British Legion.

“The generosity of Football League club fans was never in doubt, but they are surpassing themselves this year.

“We’ve had fantastic cooperation from the Sky Bet Championship clubs and we can’t wait to see what the final amount raised will be.”

The Owls’ match-worn shirts up for grabs are those from the recent home clash with Rotherham.

Striker Atdhe Nuhiu is in pole position, with the bidding for the big man's shirt currently standing at £165.
