The Owls’ Development Squad will host Chesterfield in a friendly clash on Tuesday morning at Middlewood Road (11.30am).
The game will be the Under-21s’ third friendly game this month.
With a gap of four weeks in the league programme, Lee Bullen’s squad have already faced tough tests in the form of Burnley and Middlesbrough to fill the gap.
The Owls went down 1-0 to Premier League side Burnley with Ashley Barnes on target but a late Rafa Floro goal secured victory over Middlesbrough seven days later.
Wednesday’s league programme resumes on Monday 1 December against Huddersfield.
Supporters are welcome to attend the game.
