Tomorrow's charity partner is the Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity, an organisation that works alongside the Sheffield Children’s Hospital to raise vital funds and awareness for the work the hospital does.
Every pound raised for The Children’s Hospital Charity makes a huge difference to the young patients and their families. Donations enable the charity to go above and beyond the standard NHS provision, funding areas such as research into the prevention and cure of childhood illnesses, improvements to the hospital environment, specialist medical equipment and new facilities to extend the range of treatment provided. All of this means the hospital can stay at the forefront of paediatric care.
The Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity will also be holding bucket collections at tomorrow’s match and all donations will be appreciated.
Money raised from today’s match will go towards the charity’s ongoing ‘Make it Better’ appeal, which is working to transform the children’s hospital.
