It will come

Owls striker Atdhe Nuhiu believes the goals and wins will come for Wednesday.

A 1-0 victory over Reading in September was the last three-point haul but Nuhiu is encouraged by performances and points to the fact the Owls have lost just twice in nine league games.

He said: “It’s important we stick together. We haven’t won for a few games but it will come.

“We train very hard. Everybody is giving their best and working really hard for each other. You could see that against Brentford and Norwich.

“We will come out of this run a stronger team. I have full faith in the team.

“During a season, this will not be the last time we don’t pick up results. We have to remain positive.”

Charlton are unbeaten on home soil this season with four wins and three draws and there lies the challenge for Atdhe and his team mates.

He added: “We will go to Charlton looking to take the three points.

“We have shown in the away games we have played that we are really confident and bright.

“We aren’t scared of Charlton and will go there and show no fear. We know we have good players and that we can get a good result.”
