Owls goalkeeper Keiren Westwood has been named in the Football League Team of the Week.
The Wednesday number one produced a Man of the Match performance against Norwich City and made a string of top quality saves to deny the visitors.
Having made key saves from Lewis Grabban and Bradley Johnson before the break, it was his hat-trick of stops after the interval that stood out above the rest.
Westwood somehow kept Cameron Jerome’s glancing header out of the net before getting down low to tip wide Nathan Redmond’s angled strike.
Jerome tested the Republic of Ireland international again, this time on the volley from close range, but it brought about the same result – another fine Westwood save.
