Owls goalkeeper Keiren Westwood has won the swfc.co.uk Player of the Month award for October.
The Wednesday number one has achieved a landslide victory, gaining 88 per cent of the fans’ vote.
Westwood began the month in excellent form and produced a Man of the Match display against Leeds United in the televised Elland Road clash.
The Owls bounced back from defeat against Watford by posting a point and clean sheet away at Brentford but Westwood arguably saved his best until last against Norwich.
The former Sunderland shot-stopper made a string of key saves which included a hat-trick of outstanding stops after the interval to deny Cameron Jerome and Nathan Redmond.
The Canaries clean sheet was the Owls’ ninth of the campaign in all competitions.
