The Owls are out of action, of course, this weekend given the second international break of the season.
But the players have been put through their paces through the week at Middlewood Road as attention turns to the home game with Watford on Saturday 18 October.
Head coach Stuart Gray said: “We had a very hectic schedule going into the break and we have another one coming out of it.
“The fixture schedule in the Championship is demanding and it’s important the players stay completely focused and right on top of their game because at some stage, almost everyone will be called upon.
“The breaks are good for the players in terms of the rest period from games but the training stays the same.
“It is high intensity – we train as we play and play as we train.”
