Owls Members and Season Ticket holders can get their hands on discounted tickets for a special football themed event with presenter Dan Walker from BBC1’s Football Focus show and Radio 5 live.
The event, which is part of the Off the Shelf Festival of Words, takes place on Saturday 25 October at 7.30pm at The Studio, University of Sheffield Students’ Union, Western Bank, Sheffield 10 will see Dan Walker, who is from Sheffield, profile his book ‘Football Thronkersaurus’ which is full of hilarious stories from football history.
Season Ticket holders and Members can get tickets for the event by visiting the Sheffield City Hall box office or on the door for £5 for adults and £3 for children. Fans just need to take proof of their Season Ticket or Membership to qualify for the discount.
Following the football theme the next day, football fans can go along to ‘The Football Cronicas with Jethro Soutar’, which showcases fifteen pieces of short-form writing based around football.
Off The Shelf are also running a competition for Owls fans to win a pair of tickets to Dan Walker’s event.
