- Owls face Charlton at The Valley on Saturday
- Addicks flying on home soil
- But Wednesday impressive on the road
With Charlton boasting one of the best home records in the Championship, Wednesday head to the capital this weekend looking to upset the both home side and the odds.
Despite the Owls conversely boasting the meanest defence in the division, the Addicks are the bookies’ favourites for the points.
As a result, Stuart Gray says something must give at The Valley:
“We know all about Charlton’s home record but they will know all about ours away from home, so something has to give.
“We have proved to be very difficult to break down away on our travels and that is something we must continue.
“We also know where we need to improve and that is in front of goal, where we need everyone to chip in.
“It is not just the responsibility of the strikers, we need goals from all areas of the pitch, from the front to the back.”
