Can I buy a Season Ticket thereafter?
No, Season Tickets will be taken off sale after this date. An announcement will then be made on future sales periods.
How long do I have to renew my current seat?
All current Season Ticket holders have until Monday 8 June to renew their existing seat. All seats not renewed after this date will be made available for general sale.
When can I move my seat?
From Monday 15 June onwards. There is no charge to move if done before the start of the season.
What payment options are available?
Cash, cheque, credit or debit cards.
We also have two finance options available to supporters.
This season, we are offering a no interest direct debit payment option with arrangement fee over a term of ten months or six months. The arrangement fee is the same as last season, which is £27 for the ten-month option or £20 for the six-month option. Credit checks are made during the application process.
The club also offers a nine-month interest free credit period when paying with the Owls MasterCard.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by AMEX.
What is the no interest direct debit payment (arrangement fee applies) option?
This season the club have partnered with V12 Retail Finance to offer a no interest direct debit option with an arrangement fee. If a payment is missed and not paid within 14 days, the Season Ticket card may be cancelled, no entry will be allowed into the ground and no refunds will be made on payments made. The no interest payment period offered will depend on the timing of the purchase.
The arrangement fee applies to support the implementation and management of the scheme on behalf of the club and is included within your first monthly payment.
What happens if I choose to pay on the no interest direct debit option?
You need to complete your purchase online or in the Ticket Office. Once your application is processed, you will receive an immediate credit decision. Supporters who apply online can electronically sign their agreement. Those who apply in store, once accepted, will have their agreement emailed, which they will then need to electronically sign.
What happens if I miss a payment?
V12 Retail Finance will contact you to arrange an alternative form of payment. If you are unable to pay within 14 days, your Season Ticket card may be cancelled and no refunds will be due. Your card cannot at this point be reactivated. Prior to this, our partners will always attempt to call you and send a letter to advise that your payment has failed and how to make an alternative payment.
Can I pay off the amount borrowed at any time in full?
Yes. This can be done by contacting V12 Retail Finance to make the necessary arrangements. There is no charge for paying off any outstanding balance early.

By adding the 2015/16 home or away shirt to your basket before you proceed to the checkout online. This can also be added to your Season Ticket application if you are purchasing in store.
