Owls set for the Championship curtain-raiser
The wait is over this weekend as Wednesday kick off the new campaign at Hillsborough.Championship newcomers Bristol City are the opposition as a new-look Owls side under Carlos Carvalhal begin the season.
To mark the occasion, we are pleased to announce some fantastic food and drink offers for the Robins clash on Saturday before and after the game.
We have some great food and beverage offers for the Robins clash, with hot drinks, soft drinks and pies available for just £1 until 2.15pm.
We will also be re-introducing selected meal deals for the game to help improve the speed of service at the kiosks and after the match we will be opening the 1867 Lounge to all home fans.
Supporters can benefit from great offers after the game including two pints for a fiver (lager/bitter/cider) served until 5.45pm, and a range of Pukka Pies for just £1.
In addition, highlights of the Bristol City game will be available to watch back and we will show the live evening game on Sky between Chelsea v Swansea on the giant screens in the lounge.
The Owls have also introduced state of the art LED TVs across all concourses ahead of the new campaign, while North Stand occupants can purchase draught beer for the first time.
And remember, for the City contest, one lucky supporter in the ground will drive away in a brand new 3 Series BMW following a half time draw on the pitch.
Add in the Desso pitch, giant screen, a new-look team led by a new head coach, and everything is pointing to an S6 occasion not to be missed.
