Carlos Carvalhal says everybody connected with the club must be on top of their game from the very first second.
That sentiment extends to the supporters as the Owls aim to extend their festive cheer on Boxing Day against Birmingham after last weekend’s victory over Wolves.
“I am focusing only on the game, we are working very well to try to win a very tough game that will be on Boxing Day.
“This is the most important to me.
“I have said to the players since the first second to press the opposition because it will be a tough game and I say the same to the fans.
“We need them to help the players and help the team from the first second. We need a lot of energy from the outside.”
He added: “We have analysed the team, it will be more difficult than the last game, absolutely sure. We will be ready for the game.
“We have some days to work to the game and I am sure that our fans can help us from the first second on the pitch.”
