Fernando Forestieri has lavished praise on fellow Owls Kieran Lee and Barry Bannan.
While Forestieri’s eight goals in 16 games has grabbed the forward many headlines, he insists none of that would be possible without his team mates.
In particular, Fernando has highlighted the hard work of Lee and Bannan in the engine room.
“When you play next to Bannan or next to Lee, then you follow them because they want to win and fight for the team,” he explained.
“That is very important to all the team because we follow them.
“I like Barry, for me he is a very important player because if we play with 11 players including him, it is like having 12 players because he runs for everyone.
“He is very important.”
