The official Sheffield Wednesday Instagram account now boasts more than 8,000 followers, an outstanding increase since its launch last May.
Since its inception, Instagram has gone from strength to strength with the account now being one of the fastest growing in The Football League.
On matchday you can find exclusive videos and photos posted on the build-up, during the game and post match to keep fans as up to date as possible.
We now produce timelapse videos on the app – a unique motion picture that squeezes in a minute’s worth of footage into 10 seconds. Saturday’s game against Bolton also saw the introduction of small montage style videos that gave fans a unique look into the dressing room and the matchday programme.
The Owls Instagram follows the growing success of Wednesday’s Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google+ accounts, which now have a combined following of more than 220,000!
