Stuart Gray is relieved the Owls’ takeover has been concluded, subject to ratification by the Football League.
The head coach has fielded questions from the media on a weekly basis since the speculation began before Christmas.
And now, following the club’s confirmation of an agreement with Thai investor Mr Dejphon Chansiri on Wednesday, Gray can focus fully on the football.

He told swfc.co.uk: “I have been taking questions on the takeover from the media on a weekly basis for some time so it’s nice that the agreement is in place.
“It means I can concentrate all my efforts on the football.
“It’s a really positive movement and we can all look forward to the future.
“I will look forward to sitting down with the new owners and talking about budgets and the football operation now we can put the speculation to bed.”
