Lifelong Owl Chris Heeley is gearing up for his London to Amsterdam cycle challenge on behalf of SWFC for the Football League’s official charity partner, Prostate Cancer UK.
Chris is representing Wednesday for the second successive year having raised an impressive £2,350 last time round.
The North Stand Season Ticket holder is now in the capital, ready for the big kick-off from Leyton Orient.
He expects to arrive at The Amsterdam ArenA late on Saturday afternoon.
Chris told swfc.co.uk: “The training for the ride is now done, having finished with a 100 mile ride last weekend. It's hard work but you have to put the effort in or you'll struggle to do the ride.
“I'd like to raise as much money as possible to help find more reliable tests and treatments so that more men survive prostate cancer - the most common cancer in men.
