Next week’s home game against Fulham is Sheffield Wednesday’s dedicated match for The Football League’s Charity Partner - Prostate Cancer UK and Owls fans are being asked to help in their bid to build awareness of the charity.
Ahead of the game, Prostate Cancer UK would like to find out how much Sheffield Wednesday fans know about the disease. To find out, fans are being asked to complete a short survey to learn about fans experiences and knowledge about prostate cancer.
Fans who enter the survey will be entered into a prize draw to be Wednesday’s Guest of Honour on matchday. The winner will experience a ground tour and a pair of tickets to the game.
The deadline for entries is Sunday 8 March 2015 and one lucky recipient will be drawn at random from entries received.
