It has been a huge week for Sheffield Wednesday off the field and striker Atdhe Nuhiu says it is important that the players remain focused.
The Owls head to Blackpool this weekend and Nuhiu – who has scored two goals in his last three games – wants a strong finish to the campaign.
Ahead of the clash with the Seasiders, who are 15 points adrift of safety, Nuhiu told swfc.co.uk:
“We have to take as many points as we can, everybody wants to win and we have that desire to win every game.
“We will take as many points as we can and at the end of the season we will see where we are.
“From last season, we have had amazing progress and we will keep going like this and take more steps forward.
“Of course we all look forward to the future but we have got a lot of games to play this season.
“We have to get the best out of it, we have to stay focused on the next game and then we will see where we are at the end of the season.”
