Owls defender Tom Lees has hit a major landmark in his career.
The ever-reliable 24-year-old made his 300th career appearance as Wednesday defeated Huddersfield 3-1 at Hillsborough.
Lees signed for the Owls in July 2014 and has consistently performed at the top of his game since then.
In total, the stopper has chalked up 69 appearances for Wednesday.
He told swfc.co.uk after victory over the Terriers: “It’s a great achievement and one I’m very proud of.
“All week I’ve been looking forward to today and to get the win was brilliant.
“I’m really chuffed because it’s a big milestone in anyone’s career and I’m still only young so hopefully I’ve got a lot more ahead of me.
“One of the things I set out to do was to play as many games as I can and I’m really happy.”
