Former Wednesday manager Brian Laws has hailed the performances of Kieran Lee.
Laws, who was in the Hillsborough hot seat between November 2006 and December 2009, was a special summariser for BBC Radio Sheffield’s live coverage of the Owls’ clash with Rotherham.
During the broadcast of Wednesday’s 2-1 win over the Millers on Friday, Laws said:
“For me, Kieran Lee was outstanding in the first half, he was everywhere.
“He was mopping up the danger and he was getting up front to support to attackers.
“He’s a big threat for the Owls with bags of energy and endeavour and I’ve been really impressed with him.”
Lee was voted as the swfc.co.uk Player of the Month for September and has made 14 appearances in 2015/16.
