Sheffield Wednesday are proud to support Organ Donation NHS and their awareness campaign, National Transplant Week.
National Transplant Week, which runs from Monday 7 September – Sunday 11 September, aims to raise awareness around organ donation and encourage more people to sign up to become an organ donor themselves.
On average, three people die every day because there aren’t enough organs available. You can add your name to the organ donor register and help save others after you’re gone.
Anyone can register as an organ donor and you can choose to donate some or all of your organs. You can also change your mind at any time. It only takes a few minutes to register, all you need to do is visit: bit.ly/1KdMXos or call 0300 123 23 23
