Stevie May has joined Preston North End on a permanent transfer for an undisclosed fee.
The striker moved to Wednesday in August 2014 from Scottish Premier League side St Johnstone.
The 22-year-old scored seven goals in 39 Championship appearances during the 2014/15 campaign.
May will now link up with Championship rivals Preston ahead of their home clash with Derby County after the international break.
Sheffield Wednesday would like to thank Stevie for his services and wish him well for the future.
