Claude Dielna has completed his loan move to Slovak Super Liga side SK Slovan Bratislava.
The 28-year-old will remain with the Slovakian outfit for the rest of the season.
The defender joined Wednesday in August 2014 and has made 25 appearances in all competitions for the club.
Dielna last featured for the Owls in April 2015.
