Fernando Forestieri is back available for the Owls as they travel to Hull on Friday.
Team mate Ross Wallace says his inclusion back into the squad will serve as a boost for the club ahead of one of the toughest games in the division on paper.
He said: “He’s been fantastic for us this season and it was disappointing we didn’t have him for the last game.
“There was nobody more disappointed than Fernando but he’ll be itching to get back, he’ll be full of enthusiasm, full of energy and ready to go again.”
But it’s not only Forestieri who has shone for the Owls this term.
Wallace himself has enjoyed a fine season to date at Hillsborough and the ex-Burnley man is happy with his form.
He said: “I’m certainly happy, I’d like to get more assists and I’m maybe due a goal but I’m happy with my form.
“In terms of getting crosses into the box and linking up the midfield and strikers, I think I’m doing reasonably well at the minute.”
