Carlos Carvalhal says he has come to expect only the best from Owls fans.
This weekend, Wednesday cross the Pennines with over 5,000 supporters as the Owls face Preston at Deepdale.
And the head coach says it is not just a question of quantity but quality too, as he explained:
“The fans are following us all the time with fantastic quality and not just quantity.
“We have amazing, massive fans and what we have to do on the pitch is understand we must play to them and we will do our best during the game to fight for the three points.
“This is what we are doing all the time.”
Tickets for the clash with Preston have now sold out to Wednesdayites.
