As a defender Vincent Sasso says he is thankful to be on the same side as the Owls’ in-form attacking talent.
Wednesday have racked up an impressive goal tally this season and the Frenchman says the current squad is working well together.
He said: “Every time we play a team, I think about how they are preparing for us in the week and what are they thinking.
“As a defender if I know that the likes of Hooper, Atdhe, Fernando and Lucas are going to play, I would think it is going to be a very tough game.
“So to have these players on our side, it’s nice. We have very, very good players in our squad.
“We also have a lot of different styles of players in our side and everybody is playing so well.”
The 25-year-old joined the Owls on a season-long loan from Portuguese side Braga but says he is open to turning the move into a permanent arrangement, if the opportunity arises, having enjoyed his spell at Hillsborough.
He added: “The most important for the moment is to take it game by game but I am really enjoying it here and the way we play so I would love to stay.”
