Tom Lees has been voted as the Owls’ Player of the Month for March.
The commanding stopper has won the swfc.co.uk award with over 30% of the fans’ vote.
Lees’ solid performances at the heart of the defence have been a major contributing factor in Wednesday maintaining their top six berth, heading into the home straight.
During March, Lees was an ever-present for Wednesday’s four fixtures which saw the club register three clean sheets.
To cap off a productive end to March, Lees scored his third goal of the season in the Owls’ 3-0 home win over Charlton last week.
In second place in the vote was striker Atdhe Nuhiu, followed by Barry Bannan.
