More of the same

3 March 2016

Wednesday are out for a return to winning ways on Saturday and Michael Turner is confident that can happen if the Owls maintain their usual high standards.

Having gone three without a win, Turner feels the important thing is to put an end to that mini run on Saturday.

After claiming a point against his former employers Hull last time out, the defender is confident his side can respond with a victory in the derby.

He said: “I don’t think we have to change too much just continue what we have been doing over most of the season really.

“I think it’s there to see that we have been playing well consistently, individually and as a team, and if we continue doing that then I’m sure the wins will come soon.

“It the sign of a good side when you pick yourselves up and go again and that shows you are a good team.

“After not winning in three it’s important we get back to winning ways. That’s the most important thing.”
