Between them they have made 66 appearances for Sheffield Wednesday this season but tonight Daniel Pudil and Barry Bannan will be on opposing sides.
The Owls duo have been key performers for the club this season, both featured on 33 occasions and will face each other in an international friendly this evening.
Pudil – on a season-long loan from Watford - has already stored two caps for the Czech Republic in 2015/16, while Bannan is back in the Scotland squad having last featured in March 2015.
The fixture will take place in Prague at Stadion Letna, 7.45pm kick-off.
Bannan earlier told swfc.co.uk: “I’m delighted to be called up again. It’ll be good to come up against Daniel and hopefully I’ll have the last laugh!
“The Czechs are a solid side, I know Danny is a top player and it shows because he has a good chance of going with them to the Euros this summer.”
Pudil added: “It will be really interesting to play against him and hopefully we can be on the pitch together.
“I am really looking forward to playing against him, it’s a friendly game but I want to win it.”
