Following his two-goal haul against Cardiff, the 28-year-old rightfully takes up his place in the Football League XI.
Hooper’s superb display against the Bluebirds was one of many from Carlos Carvalhal’s side, who emphatically booked their place in the Sky Bet Championship play-offs.
The former Celtic and Norwich hitman moved on to 13 goals for the campaign in 22 league starts for the club.
