Vote for your Player of the Year!

Sheffield Wednesday fans can now vote for their swfc.co.uk Player of the Year.

As ever, the official club Player of the Year will be decided by supporters and the winner will be announced on Wednesday 18 May.

For Owls supporters it has been a season to remember and given the success on the field that has led to the club securing a play-off spot, there are plenty of candidates in the running.

Opening day victory over Bristol City with Tom Lees and Lewis McGugan on target



Fantastic 3-2 win over Fulham with Fernando Forestieri hitting his first goal for the club along with another Lees goal and loanee Michael Turner sealing the win.



Owls upset the odds by defeating Newcastle United at St James’ Park in the Capital One Cup



Lucas Joao with a crucial last minute winning goal at Brentford in September



Forestieri and Joao grabbing the goals in the victory away at Rotherham



A truly memorable night at Hillsborough as Wednesday defeated Premier League Arsenal 3-0 in the League Cup



Barry Bannan slams home his first goal for the club to rescue a crucial point at Cardiff



Back to back wins and seven goals combined in the wins over Wolves and Birmingham made for a happy Christmas at Hillsborough



An absolute stunner from Ross Wallace settled a close-fought game at Craven Cottage in the New Year



Gary Hooper’s brace against Yorkshire rivals Leeds propelled the Owls into the top six



And the striker struck another two goals in the wonderful comeback at Birmingham City



In one of the finest away performances of the campaign, Owls ease to victory over Nottingham Forest at The City Ground



And next time out, Wednesday defeated Charlton 3-0 at Hillsborough – another clean sheet on the way to equalling the club record



Joao and Forestieri combine to score the winner away at Huddersfield



Bannan with a beauty at Derby in April as Owls draw 1-1 with their play-off rivals



Owls confirm their place in the top six with a wonderful performance against Cardiff
