Owls duo Daniel Pudil and Gary Hooper will be assessed this week ahead of Wednesday’s trip to Wolves this weekend.
Pudil was omitted from the matchday squad on Saturday for the Owls' clash with Fulham, having suffered a minor injury during a midweek international friendly.
The defender played the full 90 minutes for the Czech Republic in their 1-1 draw with Denmark last Tuesday before travelling back to Hillsborough.
Hooper, meanwhile, is an injury concern for Wednesday and was substituted on the hour mark at Craven Cottage.
On the striker, Carlos Carvalhal said: “Let’s see, he will do a scan, it seems like it might be a muscle problem but we must analyse him during the week.
“With Daniel, he felt a little pain in the international game, also the game was played in very hard conditions.
“He wasn’t available to travel, so he take a rest and I am sure he will be back soon.”
