Carlos Carvalhal has underlined the importance of remaining balanced and taking each game as it comes in the marathon that is the Championship.
With full belief in the players, the staff and the process, the Owls return to action this weekend in a televised clash against the current league leaders Huddersfield.
Still early days in the season and just three points outside the top six, Wednesday head to The John Smith’s Stadium this Sunday on the back of four wins from their last six games.
Carlos said: “This is a marathon and I think the best way is believing in the players, the staff, giving the maximum, focus on the next game and enjoy the way that we play.
“We are working hard on this process. Also we have players that we know will do better in the future.
“We must all focus on the next game, in this case it is Huddersfield. We are pushing the players and we are sure our fans will be at 100% in the game to support the team.”
On striking the right balance, Carlos added: “The best thing is not to be under pressure when we lose one game and not to be euphoric when we do well, like with four wins from five in September.
“Balance in football is very important because everything will go to the correct place for sure.”
