Today’s game against Cardiff is dedicated to the Owls’ ‘Give it Up’ campaign for the Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
The first team squad are donating 90 minutes salary to the cause as the club seek to establish a ‘Sheffield Wednesday Bedroom’ at the hospital as a lasting legacy.
Supporters have also been involved throughout this week, with our JustGiving page raising a fantastic figure in excess of £3,000 so far.
The Owls will host a bucket collection ahead of the Bluebirds clash, with volunteers from the Children’s Hospital Charity out in force to boost the total.
With a crowd of around 27,000 expected for the game, just think of the impact if every supporter donated as little as £2 today!
