Carlos Carvalhal says the Owls have good expectations over the fitness of Fernando Forestieri.
The club’s leading marksman has been sidelined with a knee injury, missing the last three outings against Aston Villa, Reading and Barnsley.
But the head coach has issued a positive update on the Argentinian, saying:
“We have very good expectations for Fernando Forestieri. Very, very good expectations between tomorrow and the game on Saturday that he can be involved.
“I’m not saying it is 100%, but the expectations are very high to be back to the team tomorrow or Saturday.”
