Sheffield Wednesday are seeking enthusiastic individuals to work within the Ticket Office at Hillsborough.
The club has one vacancy for maternity cover until December 2017, with casual positions also available.
The permanent post requires the successful applicant to work on a part time basis from 9.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday as well as home matchdays. Overtime opportunities are available at busy times.
Applicants must be hard working, punctual, computer literate and well presented with previous experience in a customer service and within cash handling environment.
Causal applicants should be flexible regarding days they can work but must be available every Saturday, thus these positions are not suitable for anyone who follows the team home and away.
Ticket Office duties include: dealing with ticket sales and enquiries, telesales, processing internet orders, handling cash and credit/debit card transactions and general office administration.
