The Owls are appealing to the Wednesday family to throw their weight behind an online campaign and help drastically improve the lifestyle of a young fan.
Jack, 4, suffers with severe autism and due to his levels of energy and lack of safety awareness spends much of his time in and out of hospital.
His parents are moving house in the New Year and due to government cuts, children with conditions such as Jack receive insufficient funding to meet their needs.
The aim of Jack’s family is to build the little lad a sensory room in their new home, which will cost in excess of £8,000 and make the world of difference to his day to day life.
The online target has been set at raising £5,000 and so far, the family have been blown away by the response, with Wednesday players and fans the world over making cash pledges.
The family are eternally grateful for the support so far and are asking for one big push to make a Christmas dream come true for Jack.
