Morgan Fox was delighted to make his debut for the Owls in midweek.
The left back has bided his time and feels he’s settled well into the group ahead of Friday’s televised clash with Wigan.
Following his maiden outing for Wednesday in the 2-2 draw at Ashton Gate, he said:
“I've had to be patient and bide my time but hopefully I took my chance against Bristol City. I want to be playing.
“It was amazing for me to get out there and play. It’s what I have wanted to do. I had to be patient, training with the boys has been fantastic and it was brilliant to get involved.
“It was just a shame we couldn't take all three points.”
He added: “We've got a good group of lads here, a lot of quality and I’ve settled in really well.
“There are a lot of important games coming up and we’re looking forward.”
