The Wednesday squad landed in Portugal on Monday lunchtime for their six-day warm weather training camp.

The move to Portugal for the next stage of pre-season represents a step up in Wednesday’s preparations for the 2017/18 campaign, which kicks off on 5 August at Preston.
Over in Portugal, the friendlies are as follows:
Portimonense v Owls (7.00pm); Wednesday 19 July - Estádio Municipal de Albufeira
SC Farense v Owls (8.00pm); Thursday 20 July - Estadio Nora, Ferreiras
Vitória de Setúbal v Owls (8.00pm); Saturday 22 July - Estádio Municipal de Albufeira
Travelling Owls fans are welcome to attend all three games, with pay on the day admission prices set at €10 for adults and €5 for under 12s and over 65s.
