The Sheffield Wednesday academy are recruiting a head of coaching to our elite team of staff.
The successful candidate will work within an in-depth player and coach development programme and be proficient in monitoring and assessing players, while maintaining appropriate records for audit purposes as well as maintaining the academy’s high standards.
They will also possess exceptional communication skills in order to liaise regularly with the academy manager and senior coaching staff.
Primarily, the role will provide guidance, support and development to all coaches within the academy and formally measure coach development and progression.
