Academy manager Dean Ramsdale has left the Owls to take up his new role at City Football Group.

The youth team boss steps down from his post at Hillsborough after five years of service and will take up his new position as Youth Scouting and Recruitment Manager at CFG.

City Football Group manage a number of football clubs, including Manchester City, New York City, Melbourne City and Yokohama Marinos. Dean will work out of the City Football Academy campus in Manchester.

Sheffield Wednesday would like to thank Dean for all his hard work and wish him well throughout his next chapter.
