The EFL have today announced the provisional Sky Bet Championship play-off schedule.
After 45 games, the teams to compete in the end of season shoot-out have been confirmed.
Wednesday, along with Reading, Huddersfield and Fulham will battle for a place in the Premier League.
With one game of the regular season to go, there is still plenty to be decided in terms of league standings.
The Owls can finish anywhere between third and fifth in the table and below are the permutations of the play-off fixtures.
