Vote for your November Player of the Month!

30 November 2017

Owls fans can now vote for their swfc.co.uk November Player of the Month.

Wednesday began November with a terrific performance and result against in-form Aston Villa at Villa Park.

Adam Reach hit a stunner after just 18 seconds and Jordan Rhodes put the visitors in a commanding position midway through the half.

Next time out at Hillsborough, Bristol City held the Owls to a goalless draw and the points were also shared in midweek as Wednesday made the long trip to Portman Road.

Carlos Carvalhal’s side twice came from behind to post a point in Suffolk.

Gary Hooper smashed home from the spot to cancel out Joe Garner’s earlier strike and then the Owls looked to be heading for defeat following Martyn Waghorn’s header from close range.

But substitute Atdhe Nuhiu salvaged a point at the death, powering home the header from Reach’s centre and giving Blues goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski no chance.

Wednesday rounded off the month with a goalless draw against Reading at The Madejski and supporters can cast their November vote by CLICKING HERE.
