Supporters' reminder

28 September 2017

Sheffield Wednesday are reminding supporters of their conduct regarding the setting off of smoke bombs, pyrotechnics or flares at Owls fixtures, home or away.

As has been emphasised in the recent past, the club are committed to eradicating this unacceptable behaviour.

Anyone found to be in possession of any banned item, whether set off or not, will receive an indefinite club ban from Hillsborough and all away matches.

Such an offence will also lead to arrest by the Police followed by a charge and criminal record.

All supporters should be aware that it is an offence to be in possession of such articles at a designated sports ground.

As the Owls host Leeds this weekend at Hillsborough, local residents should note that visiting coaches will be parked on Clay Wheels Lane for this fixture.

All supporters are reminded of their conduct whilst inside the stadium.

There was significant damage to seating areas around the stadium last Sunday, which will not be tolerated moving forward.
