The Owls will showcase a brand new Fans Zone today for the visit of Reading to Hillsborough.
With a licensed bar, street food, cage football and more, the area directly outside the Megastore will transform to the ideal place for Wednesdayites to enjoy the pre-match atmosphere in S6.
The Fans Zone behind the North Stand will nicely complement the Wednesday Tap in the South Stand, which continues to go from strength to strength.
The new area will provide a buzzing environment ahead of all games at Hillsborough, with the visit of the Royals a teaser of the Fans Zone, with much more to come next season!
Executive Head Chef Rob Cox said: “On the back of the successful launch of the Wednesday Tap, we have listened to further feedback and suggestions on how to enhance the matchday experience.
“A facility on the North Stand area of the stadium was a popular request so we have looked into the viability of the Fans Zone, the first stage of which we are delighted to launch on Saturday.
“The plans are in their infancy at the moment and the Reading game will serve as an exciting pilot for the 2018/19 season.”
