Sheffield Wednesday are reminding supporters of their conduct whilst following the team both at Hillsborough and away from home.
Unacceptable behaviour will be sanctioned in the strictest possible way if identified, together with details being passed to the respective police force.
Sanctions include up to three-year and lifetime bans if deemed neceasary.
Incidents involving the use of pyrotechnics in particular are not only dangerous - putting supporters and officials in serious physical danger - but also criminal offences.
Sheffield Wednesday have a zero tolerance policy to these and any other incidents that break the law and/or breach ground regulations.
