Owls striker Sam Winnall is set for a lengthy spell out of action after sustaining a knee ligament injury at loan club Derby.
The 27-year-old went down during the second half of the Rams’ 3-0 win over Brentford last weekend and a scan this week has confirmed the injury.
The two clubs are currently in dialogue regarding Winnall’s rehabilitation and further updates will be issued in due course.
